Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next 1 -2 working days.
Delivery Time
  • Standard delivery within Klang Valley: 1–3 working days after processing.
  • Delivery to other regions in Malaysia: 5–7 working days after processing.
  • International orders (where applicable): delivery time will vary depending on destination and courier service.
Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Stock Availability

Stock levels change frequently. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to:

  • Wait for the item to be delivered on a mutually agreed date once restocked,
  • Exchange it for another available product of equal value, or
  • Receive a credit note for the item’s value to use on your next purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy

At Wooba, we take great care to ensure your orders are packed accurately and delivered in good condition. Exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete upon arrival.

Please note: We do not allow order cancellations, item changes, or payment method changes once an order has been placed.

1. Incomplete Order

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it with a video of the issue via WhatsApp.

The video must clearly show:

  • The shipment label on your parcel
  • The parcel itself with the item(s) you received

This verification helps us resolve your request quickly. Our team will respond within 24 working hours and guide you on the next steps.

2. Wrong Item

If the item you received is not what you ordered, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it with a video of proof via WhatsApp.

The video must clearly show:

  • The shipment label on your parcel
  • The parcel itself with the item(s) you received

To ensure a smooth exchange, kindly keep the product in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice. Our team will respond within 24 working hours and arrange for a re-shipment as soon as possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Item

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged or defective. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving it with a video of proof via WhatsApp.

The video must clearly show:

  • The shipment label on your parcel
  • The parcel itself with the damaged of defective item(s) you received

To process your request smoothly, kindly keep the product in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice.

4. Product Variance

While we strive for consistency in our products, a variance of up to 10% in packing quantity, weight, size, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes. Such variations are considered within acceptable industry standards and will not be classified as defects.

5. Reporting Timeline

  • All issues (damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete items) must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Reports made after this period will be subject to management’s approval and are not guaranteed to be accepted.
